More CEOs Plan to Hire, Despite Skills Gap Concerns

The sixth annual Indiana CEO Survey indicates business leaders throughout the state believe a so-called “skills gap” remains a key challenge as the economy tries to gain traction. The results show most plan to hire more workers and layoff fewer employees in the next 18 months.
